Fee based information service (SMS)

Vehicle data charge SMS 1800 (all Latvian mobile phone operators). When sending a text message to the number 1800, the text of which contains the information (CSDD [space] state registration number):

for instance: CSDD AA4545 can find out the following information about the vehicle: make, year of manufacture (1st registration), fuel type, mileage, etc .; the country from which it was imported to Latvia; the number of owners in Latvia; data of the last road worthiness inspection in Latvia; the existence or absence of registered prohibitions

When sending a text message to the number 1800, the text of which contains the information (CSDD [space] request code [space] vehicle registration number):

for example, CSDD V AA4545, you can find out the following information about the vehicle: dates of change of ownership; the dates and results of previous road worthiness inspections

The service fee in euros is 0.85 (including VAT) per text message. It will be added to your mobile phone's monthly bill or deducted from your prepaid card. The service is available to all customers of Latvian mobile operators, if no restrictions are specified in the agreement with the operator.

If there is an error in the SMS ordering process, the service fee will not be charged and you will be sent an SMS:

if the SMS is written incorrectly, you will receive the following SMS: "Incorrectly compiled message. Please indicate the car registration number without spaces, for example: CSDD AA1111 ";
If the amount of returned data is too large (above 1070 characters), you will receive the following SMS: "The amount of data received is too large. In order to obtain the relevant information, it is recommended to use the CSDD mobile application ";
if the vehicle registration number was not found, you will receive the following SMS: "The requested vehicle registration number #### was not found. Please verify the requested information ";
if the personal code was not found, you will receive the following SMS: "The requested personal code ############ is not found or does not exist. Please verify the requested information ".

If there is an error in the SMS payment process, the service fee will not be charged and you will be sent an SMS:

Unfortunately an error occurred. CSDD SMS payment has not been made! "
Unfortunately an error occurred. CSDD SMS payment has not been made! Insufficient funds for prepaid card ";
Unfortunately an error occurred. CSDD SMS payment has not been made! No paid SMS services ";
Unfortunately an error occurred. CSDD SMS payment has not been made! Service number temporarily closed ";
Unfortunately an error occurred. CSDD SMS payment has not been made! Payment process aborted. If the operator is BITE, enter the number after sending the SMS. "
