Exchange of Pleasure watercraft operator’s licence

Pleasure watercraft operator’s licence is exchanged, if:

• it has expired;
• it is damaged;
• name, family name or personal identification code has changed;
• operator’s licence of pleasure watercraft can be acquired without passing an exam when in possession of: sail boat operator’s licence; document proving the qualification of ship operator; small-size watercraft operator’s licence.
